X形变截面优化橡胶密封圈比较应力有限元分析

【摘要】 基于有限元分析理论,借助软件ANSYS对X形变截面优化橡胶密封圈进行有限元分析。建立了X形变截面优化橡胶密封圈有限元模型,比较了X形变截面优化密封圈与X形变截面和X形橡胶密封圈最大综合等效应力情况。结果表明:X形变截面优化密封圈的应力主要集中在组合面圆弧内角处,特别是内角处更易损坏;在同等条件下,X形变截面优化密封圈的最大等效压力值比X形变截面密封圈的小,比X形(即星形)密封圈的大;X形变截面优化密封圈可用于替代X形(即星形)密封圈使用。

【Abstract】 The finite element analysis of rubber sealing X-ring exceeding change section was carried out by ANSYS software based on finite element theory,the finite element model was built,the most equivalent stress of rubber sealing X-ring exceeding change section,X-ring change section and X-ring was compared.The results show that the stress concentration is in the circle angle of composed face of rubber sealing X-ring exceeding change section,specially in inner circle angle.The most equivalent pressure of sealing X-ring exceeding change section is bigger than sealing X-ring,and smaller than X-ring change section in the same conditions.X-ring exceeding change section can replace X-ring.
