CaSO4∶Dy(Tm),Li低温热释光光谱研究
Low Temperature Thermoluminescence Spectra of CaSO4∶Dy(Tm),Li Phosphor
【摘要】 本文测量了磷光发光材料CaSO4∶Dy,Li和CaSO4∶Tm,Li经X射线辐照后在低温区域(25~280K)的三维热释光光谱。结果表明:两种样品的发光光谱分别由稀土元素Dy的特征发光(470nm,570nm,655nm)和Tm的特征发光(340nm,360nm,455nm,480nm)组成;发光峰分别出现在40K,100K,200K和240K,主要是由基体材料CaSO4∶Li决定的;两种样品在240K附近的热释光发光峰温有5K左右的差别,这表明掺稀土元素的CaSO4样品其热释光发光所涉及的俘获中心是受稀土元素扰动的,可能和稀土元素的半径相关。
【Abstract】 The thermoluminescence (TL) spectra of CaSO4∶Dy,Li and CaSO4∶Tm,Li were collected at the low temperature range from 25 K to 280 K after irradiated by X rays. The result shows that the emission bands of CaSO4∶Dy,Li are the characteristic emissions of Dy3+,which are 470 nm,570 nm and 655 nm. As for CaSO4∶Tm,Li,they are 340 nm,360 nm,455 nm and 480 nm. The peak temperatures of the two samples are 40 K,100 K,200 K and 240 K which are mainly controlled by CaSO4∶Li. There is a 5 K shift of the glow peak which is around 240 K between two samples. These data strongly suggest that the trapping and recombination sites may be modulated by the size of rare earth dopants.
