【摘要】 目的:观察热敏点灸与穴位注射治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法:将150例VD患者随机分为3组,热敏点灸组90例,常规针刺组30例,西药组30例,热敏点灸组采用热敏点灸与穴位注射治疗。常规针刺组予常规针刺,取穴与穴位注射治疗。西药组予西药与穴位注射治疗。同时应用简易智能状态量表(MMSE)、长谷川痴呆修改量表(HDS-R)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)分别于治疗前后进行评分。结果:3组中医证候分型分布以肾精亏虚证、瘀血阻络证两型发病率较高。热敏点灸组总有效率优于常规针刺组和西药组(P<0.05)。常规针刺组总有效率与西药组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。热敏点灸组治疗前后MMSE、HDS、ADL评分比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);常规针刺组、西药组治疗前后3项评分比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。热敏点灸组治疗后MMSE、HDS、ADL评分分别与常规针刺组、西药组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);常规针刺组治疗后与西药组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:热敏点灸与穴位注射并用治疗VD疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of thermal point moxi-bustion(TPM) combined with acupoint injection(AI) in treating vascular dementia(VD).Methods:One hundred and fifty VD patients were randomized into 3 groups:90 patients were in TPM group(treated with TPM and AI),30 in conventional acupuncture group(treated with conventional acupuncture and AI),30 in western medicine group(treated with western medicine and AI).The mini-mental state ex-amination(MMSE),Revised Hamilton Depression Scale(HDS-R)and activities of daily living(ADL) scale were used to evaluated the therapeutic effect.Results:The syndromes of kidney-essence deficiency and blood-stasis blocking collaterals were dominated in the syndrome distribution of VD patients.TPM group had the highest to-tal effective rate among the 3 groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate in conventional acupuncture group was similar to that in the western medicine group(P>0.05).The differences of the scores of MMSE,HDS and ADL were significant in TPM group be-fore and after treatment(P>0.01),and between conventional acupuncture group and western medicine group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of MMSE,HDS and ADL in TPM group differed from those in the other two groups(P>0.05),but the differences between acupuncture group and western medicine group were insignificant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Thermal point moxibustion combined with acupoint injection has certain effect in treating vascular dementia.更多还原
