【摘要】 目的 通过对某照明公司汞中毒的调查,分析中毒原因,提出整改措施,防止汞中毒的再次发生。方法 进行劳动卫生学调查和生物样品检测,对尿汞增高者进行驱汞治疗。结果 生产作业场所空气中汞浓度严重超标,排气作业点短时间接触浓度(STEL)为0.012～0.056 mg/m3,时间加权浓度(TWA)为0.003～0.051 mg/m3。作业场所无有效的排毒装置,个人防护措施差。结论 发生汞中毒是由于在生产过程中高浓度接触汞所致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cause of a mercury poisoning event in a lighting company and to proposed the control measures to prevent the similar event.Method The investigation included occupational health survey,checking the biological samples and the treatment of mercury poisoning.Results The concentration of mercury in air of the workplace was greater than the standard value.STEL of exhaust operating point was 0.012～0.056 mg / m3;TWA was 0.003～0.051 mg / m3.There was no detoxification equipment and personal protection was not provided to the workers.Conclusion Exposing to a high concentration of ambient mercury in the workplace was the cause of mercury poisoning.更多还原
