不同雾化吸入对毛细支气管炎患儿血氧饱和度的影响

【摘要】 目的评价不同雾化吸入对毛细支气管炎患儿血氧饱和度(SaO2)的影响。方法将95例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为空气压缩泵雾化组与氧气驱动雾化组以及超声雾化组。均予布地奈德混悬液加硫酸特布他林雾化液雾化吸入。在雾化吸入前、雾化吸入过程中及雾化吸入后10min监测SaO2变化。结果雾化吸入过程中10min及雾化吸入后10min,氧气驱动雾化组SaO2水平与空气压缩泵射流雾化组、超声雾化组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而空气压缩泵射流雾化组与超声雾化组比较差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同雾化吸入方式对毛细支气管炎患儿SaO2均有显著影响,氧气射流雾化更适合于毛细支气管炎患儿。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate different effect of inhalation forms on oxygen saturation of blood(SaO2)in the children with acute bronchiolitis.Methods 95 subjects who treated with budesonide and terbutaline by inhalation were randomly divided into three groups by three methods:one group by compressed air-driven,one group by oxygendriven,the other group by ultrasonic nebulization.The SaO2 of the three groups subjects were measured 3 times:10 minutes before inhalation,while inhaling and 10 minutes after inhalation.Results There is significant difference among the three groups’ SaO2(P<0.05).There is no statistical difference between the group inhaling by compressed air-driven aerosol and the one by ultrasonic nebulization(P>0.05).Conclusion Different means of inhalation have significant different effect on the SaO2 in children with acute bronchiolitis.Oxygen-driven is the most appropriate method for the children with acute bronchiolitis in the three means of inhalations.
