【摘要】 目的探讨Zeta链蛋白检测在α-地中海贫血东南亚缺失型临床筛查中的应用价值。方法从本院收集96例疑似标本,采用酶联免疫法和PCR法同时检测α-地贫血东南亚缺失型。以基因检测为标准,计算ELISA法筛查α-地贫东南亚缺失型的灵敏度、特异性、准确性、阴性预测值(NPV)和阳性预测值(PPV)。结果96例全血标本经酶联免疫法检测阳性64例,阴性32例;64例阳性标本中经基因检测全部确诊为α-地中海贫血东南亚缺失型,32例阴性标本经基因检测无α-地贫东南亚缺失型。ELISA检测α-地贫东南亚缺失型灵敏度为100%,特异度为100%,准确性为100%,阴性试验的预示值为100%,阳性试验的预示值为100%。结论酶联免疫法检测Zeta链蛋白是一种简便、快速的检测α-地贫东南亚缺失型的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of using zeta globin chain in the screening of carriers with α-thalassemia. Methods 96 blood samples from suspected carriers were collected by our hospital and the samples were screened simultaneously using ELISA and PCR methods. The sensitivity, specificity,accuracy, negative and positive predictive values of the ELISA method were calculated and referenced to the standard PCR method. Results 64 samples were confirmed to be positive. All these positive samples were confirmed by PCR method. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, negative and positive predictive values were all 100%. Conclusion The ELISA method provide a rapid and simple method for the screening of α-thalassemia carriers.更多还原
