【摘要】 目的比较分子筛凝胶和经典试管法检测IgG抗体的效价,以探讨其在新生儿溶血病(HDN)诊断中的应用价值。方法同时使用分子筛凝胶和经典试管法进行IgG抗体效价平行检测,并对结果进行配对t检验和直线回归分析。结果分子筛凝胶法IgG抗体效价检测结果显著高于传统试管法,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。且两种方法IgG抗体效价检测结果间具有显著相关性(r=0.953)。结论分子筛凝胶技术检测IgG抗体效价灵敏度优于传统试管法,而且具备操作简便、快捷,结果可置于冰箱内长期保存等优势,适宜于HDN的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To compare the value of molecular sieve gel and traditional tube test in detection of anti IgG antibody for diagnosis of hemolytic disease of newborn (HDN). Methods Anti IgG titers were detected simultaneously with molecular sieve gel and traditional tube test. The results were analyzed using paired t test and of linear regression analysis. Results Anti IgG titers detected with molecular sieve gel were significantly higher than those detected with traditional tube test (P< 0.01).The two methods had a high correlation in detection of IgG (r= 0.953). Conclusion The sensitivity of molecular sieve gel was higher than that of traditional tube test,and it has the advantage of simplicity,rapidity and a long preservation for results in refrigerate and it is suitable for diagnosis of HDN.更多还原
