【摘要】 目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗乳腺纤维腺瘤的效果。方法回顾性分析47例87个乳腺纤维腺瘤患者进行高强度聚焦超声治疗以及治疗后随访的临床资料。结果 HIFU治疗术后恢复快,住院时间短,平均3d,不留疤痕,无并发症发生,术后随访3～24个月,乳房包块逐渐缩小,其中63个乳房包块完全消失。结论高强度聚焦超声治疗乳腺纤维腺瘤安全有效,可作为一种无手术创伤治疗乳腺纤维腺瘤的新方法 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the clinical effect of high intense focus ultrasound (HIFU)therapy on the mammary fibroadenoma. Methods There 87 mammary fibroadenoma in 47 patients were treated with high intense focus ultrasound and followed up after treatment. The clinical data was retrospective analyzed. Results The patients recovered more faster and had a short duration of hospitalization of around three days. There were no scar left on the breast.No complications were found in those patients. There 63 mammary fibroadenoma finally disappeared after a following up of 3 ～24 months. Conclusion HIFU is an effective,safe methods for treatment of mammary fibroadenoma without trauma.更多还原
