【摘要】 目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 72例患者随机分为对照组和试验组,两组患者治疗前及治疗3个月后分别检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群并观察疗效。结果试验组有效率76.19%,对照组有效率53.33%,试验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组治疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值均增高。结论卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常型银屑病疗效肯定,与调节免疫机能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To observe the efficacy of BCG-PSN in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and the change of T-lymphocytes subgroup in peripheral blood of the patients.Methods There 72 psoriasis patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.The clinical efficacy and level of T-lymphocytes subgroup wo groups were detected before therapy and 3 months after treatment.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 76.19%,and 53.33% in the control one,showing significant difference in two groups (P<0.05).The ratios of CD4+ to CD4+ CD8+ in the observation group was increased after therapy.Conclusion BCG-PSN is effective in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and it may involve the enhancemnt of immunity.更多还原
