【摘要】 目的了解太仓市2008年法定传染病的流行特征。方法收集2008年传染病疫情监测资料,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2008年共报告法定传染病11种1370例,总发病率为147.67/10万,较2007年下降15.64%;其中血源及性传播疾病发病率最高为74.70/10万;发病居前5位疾病的依次是淋病、梅毒、肺结核、痢疾、病毒性肝炎;男女性别比为1.51:1,男性明显高于女性;发病年龄分布呈两边低中间高的单峰状,20～40岁为多发年龄段;按职业分,工人、农民和民工为高发人群,分别占总报告病例数的34.16%、17.74%和10.29%;本市统计报告的6个镇,城厢镇发病率最高,为311.20/10万,沙溪镇发病率最低,为102.32/10万,且不同地区间差异比较明显;时间分布以3～10月份发病数较多。结论太仓市2008年法定传染病处在较低水平;血源及性传播疾病是主要疾病类型;传染病的发生存在地区、性别、年龄、职业差别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To analyze the status of notifiable infectious diseases in Taicang city in 2008.Methods The reported infectious diseases data were collected and analyzed with descriptive epidemiology methods.Results There 1 370 cases of 11 categories of notifiable diseases were reported and the incidence rate was 147.67/100 000 in 2008,dropped by 15.64% over 2007.The top five infectious diseases were gonorrhea,syphilis,pulmonary tuberculosis,dysentery and viral hepatitis.The results showed that the infectious diseases were mostly prevalent in young and middle-aged males,and often found in workers,peasants and migrant workers,and most of the infections occurred from March to October.Conclusion The prevalence of the notifiable infectious diseases in Taicang was in a low level and the incidence of blood and sexual transmitted disease was high.更多还原
