【摘要】 目的了解海南省医疗卫生机构疫情网络直报系统建立、应用情况,分析其应用效果及影响因素,为网络直报系统进一步完善提供科学依据。方法通过调查医疗卫生机构网络直报设备、人员配备情况、传染病报告及时性、传染病漏报率等,分析网络直报系统建立后海南省疫情报告管理工作质量及其影响因素。结果到2008年,海南省乡镇级以上医疗卫生单位网络覆盖率上升到100%。县级以上医疗卫生单位直报率上升到81.16%,乡镇级为74.63%;2008年县级以上医疗机构传染病漏报率为10.40%;海南省传染病病人"发病到诊断"、"诊断到报告"、"报告到审核"平均时间分别缩短为2d(48h)、0.739d(17.74h)和0.059d(1.4h);未及时报告率和未及时审核率分别下降为21.89%和1.50%。结论海南省医疗卫生机构疫情网络直报系统已建立并正常运转,全省传染病疫情报告质量明显提高,漏报率明显下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To understand the results of application of direct online communicable disease reporting system in Hainan Province.Method The data concerning online reporting of communicable diseases,equipments personnel,results of application of the online reporting system and influential factors were collected and analyzed.Result by 2008,the network coverage rate of the medical and health institutions above the township level was 100%.The reporting rate above the county level was up to 81.16% and 74.63% at township level.The missing reporting rate at county level was 10.40%; The average time from onset to diagnosis was shorten to 2 days (48 hours); the average time from diagnosis to report was shorten to 0.739days (17.74 hours); and the average time from report to check was shorten to 0.059 days (1.4 hours).The rate of failure to report promptly,and failure to check promptly dropped by 21.89%,1.50% respectively.Conclusion The direct online reporting system runs normally after edtablished in this province.The reporting quality of the system has benn improved and the missing reporting rate of communicable diseases reduced .更多还原
