【摘要】 目的探讨成人不同程度的支气管哮喘患者β2-肾上腺受体(β2-AR)功能变化情况。方法选择东莞市人民医院门诊2007年12月～2009年1月确诊为支气管哮喘患者83例,依据严重程度进行分级,同时选取同期32例健康者作为对照组,测定血cAMP值。结果在对照组、支气管哮喘轻、中、重度持续组cAMP分别为:(26.43±4.92)μmol/L、(23.49±5.99)μmol/L、(14.34±4.43)μmol/L和(11.08±3.72)μmol/L,四组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者存在β2-肾上腺受体功能减退,且随着病情严重程度的增加而减低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To explore the correlation of chanmge of function of β2-adrenergic receptor(β2-AR) with the srverity of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 83 patients with bronchial asthma and 32 healthy persons(control group)were studied.The level of cyclic AMP was detected.Results The values of cAMP were(26.43±4.92)μmol/L,(23.49±5.99)μmol/L,(14.34±4.43)μmol/L and(11.08±3.72)μmol/L,in control group,mild,moderate,severe asthma group,respectively.Those were significant differences among four groups(P<0.05).Conclusion This findings sugests that the function of β2-AR decreased with deterioration of asthma.更多还原
