黔西南岩溶区饲料灌木营养元素分析

【摘要】 对生长在黔西南州岩溶区的27种饲料灌木常规营养成分及元素作测定,对结果进行灰色关联度及相关性分析,结果表明:构树所含营养元素综合评价为最好,以下依次为青刺尖>牛王刺>光腺合欢>马棘>小构树>火棘>白刺花>紫穗槐>刺梨。碳、氮、钙元素与饲料常规营养成分相关性最大,其次为钾、磷、硒、铁、锌,其多数与饲料的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、灰分呈正相关,与粗饲料的粗纤维呈负相关。

【Abstract】 Though the growth and reproduction of plants are restricted in karst areas where the environment is characterized by calcium-rich and water-lacking features, the local shrubs are adapted to that environment. It is feasible to use local shrubs to develop ecological fodder for animal husbandry. Southwestern Guizhou which is rich in fodder shrub resources is selected as the studied area. As nutrient absorption capacity of plant can be taken as an indicator for its adaptability to the environment, the nutrimental indices and element contents of 27 species of fodder shrubs are measured. The result from the analysis of grey correlative degree shows that the order of the comprehensive evaluation of the nutrients content from abundant level to lacking level is: Broussonetia papyifera (0.6187)>Prinsepia utilis Royle(0.6043)>Caesalpinia decapetala(0.57)>Albizia calcarea(0.5475)>Indigofera pseudotinctoria(0.5304)>Broussonetia kazinoki(0.5245)>Pyracantha fortuneana(0.5189)>Sophora davidii (0.4968)>Amorpha fruticosa(0.4936)>Rosa roxburghii(0.4699). The level of the comprehensive evaluation reflects the plants’ adaptability to the environment. Metabolism of mineral elements affects various organic syntheses. It can be seen that the order of the correlation coefficients between some elements and fodder nutrients is: carbon>nitrogen>calcium>phosphorus>kalium>ferrum>zinc>selenium. Most of them have positive correlation with crude protein, ether extract and crude ash, and negative correlation with crude fiber. The results can help to select suitable nutrition plants and understand their adaptability to the karst environment
