【摘要】 采用真空熔炼和电渣重熔的方法获得了用于轿车喷油器的Y1Cr17TiRE高磁性不锈钢。研究了分别加入Ti、RE和Ti+RE对Y1Cr17TiRE钢显微组织的影响及钢的热处理工艺。对于Y1Cr17TiRE高磁性不锈钢,经420℃以下和700℃以上回火后的显微组织分别为马氏体和分布着弥散碳化物的铁素体(基体)。Y1Cr17TiRE钢在700℃、800℃、900℃退火处理对其基体组织铁素体均无明显影响。不同温度退火后钢的剩磁很小,磁滞不明显,磁滞回线达到饱和的磁场强度有所提高。经860℃保温2 h炉冷处理的钢最大磁感应强度为46.31 A·m~2,剩余磁感应强度为5.67 A·m~2,矫顽力为65.73 A/m。

【Abstract】 Y1Cr17TiRE high magnetic stainless steel applicable for automobile oil atomizer was made by vacuum melting and electroslag remelting processes.The microstructures and heat treatment processes of Y1Cr17TiRE steel containing respectively Ti,RE and Ti plus RE were investigated.After being treated at temperatures below 420℃or at temperatures above 700℃,the microstructures of Y1Cr17TiRE steel are respectively martensite or ferrite in which carbides exist dispersedly.Annealing at 700℃,800℃or 900℃has little influence on matrix structure (ferrite) of Y1Cr17TiRE steel.After annealing at the above temperatures,the remanent magnetism is very small, the magnetic retardation is not appreciable and the magnetic field intensity of saturation hysteresis loop rises as for Y1Cr17TiRE steel.After heating at 860℃for 2 h and furnace-cooling,the maximum magnetic flux density,residual magnetic flux density and coercive force of Y1Cr17TiRE steel are respectively 46.31 A·m~2,5.67 A·m~2 and 65.73 A/m.
