硬铝退火工艺参数的优化研究

【摘要】 研究了LY12CZ硬铝快速退火和完全退火工艺参数变化时,其组织和硬度的变化,以获得最佳的退火工艺参数。试验结果表明,在370℃快速退火后,组织中析出的强化相最少,硬度最低;在370℃±2℃快速退火后,能获得较高的塑性和一定的硬度值,具有较好的塑性再加工性;在410℃完全退火后,组织中析出的强化相最少,硬度最低,能获得较为稳定的塑性。

【Abstract】 The microstructure and hardness of LY12CZ duralumin annealed were investigated when the process parameters of rapid annealing and full annealing had varied in order to optimize the annealing process parameters.The results from annealing LY12CZ duralumin are as follows:(a) precipitated strengthening phases are the least and hardness is the lowest after rapid annealing at 370℃;(b) better plasticity,suitable hardness and better plastic workability can be obtained after rapid annealing at 370℃±2℃;(c) strengthening phases are least precipitated, hardness is the lowest and stabler plasticity can be obtained after full annealing at 410℃.
