【Abstract】 This paper elaborates the efficient way to ensure the implementing target management in secondary institute.of newly-established local undergraduate colleges.It also analyzes several aspects needing attention in implementing target management,and then proposes some measures to implement target management.These measures include:basing on the overall situation and setting up a scientific target system;basing on humanism and implement the target effectively;basing on the promotion of management benefit and setting up target evaluation and incentive mechanism;basing on the sustainable development and setting up a timely feedback target.All these measures are to promote the benefits of school-running of the institute.更多还原
