【Abstract】 This paper describes that Hunan Science and Technology Information Institute has the new ideas about"Strengthening resource development,improve service levels,expand service areas,develop information industry".In building integration information resources,the institute combines the characteristics of the science and technology information resources in Hunan,builds science and technology files series database with self-local features,creates Hunan Science and Technology Resources Network and Competitive Intelligence Network,and achieves paperless office on the management of modern science and technology information which is based on the TRS-WCM Web collaboration platform,which explores new ways of information services with the spirit of hunan culture.更多还原
