【Abstract】 There are a large number of Resource-exhausted state-owned enterprises in China,more enterprises face the dual dilemma:resource depletion and structural transformations.It is a worldwide problem for such enterprises to achieve the industrial transformation,it is also the key for China’s economic development and social stability.Therefore,how resource-exhausted state-owned enterprises achieve sustainable development through industrial restructuring has a great significance for enterprises getting rid of difficult situation,city’s sustainable development,the strategic reorganization of state-owned economy and the stability of the whole community.Due to the existence of institutional,financial,marketing,human resources and many other reasons,the transformation of Resource-exhausted state-owned enterprises will encounter many difficulties,including institutional policies,industrial and other difficulties.Whether resource-exhausted state-owned enterprises can successfully finish industrial transformation,depends on a variety of key factors such as a reasonable positioning,appropriate time of transformation,strong local support of government,market-oriented enterprise management mechanism and a higher level of management.更多还原
