【摘要】 目的探讨口腔颌面外科医护人员职业暴露风险与防护对策,提高口腔颌面外科医护人员自我防护意识,防止传染病在医患之间交叉感染。方法对我院口腔颌面外科2004年1月～2009年12月住院患者传染疾病患病情况进行回顾性分析。结果乙肝患者占总人数的11.3%,其中大三阳患者占21%,小三阳患者占66%;丙肝患者1例。结论要加强口腔医护人员职业安全教育,提高自我防护意识,避免口腔职业危害的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the risks of occupational exposure in the oral-maxillofacial department and preventive measures,improve self-protection awareness of dental health-care workers to prevent cross-infection between infectious diseases in the patient. Methods By analyzing retrospectively the prevalence of infectious diseases in the oral-maxillofacial department of our hospital from January 2004 to December 2009.Results Hepatitis B patients accounted for 11.3% of the total number,of which great three positive patients accounted for 21%,small three positive patients 66%;One person was found suffering from hepatitis C.Conclusions It is important to strengthen the safety of oral health care education,raising awareness of self protection,to avoid the occurrence of oral occupational hazards.更多还原
