【摘要】 目的探讨早期应用青春双歧杆菌对2型糖尿病大鼠发病及对胰岛细胞的影响。方法给予2型糖尿病模型大鼠口服青春双歧杆菌,观察实验组和对照组(PBS)糖尿病发病率,HE染色观察胰岛细胞,免疫组化检测胰岛Bcl-2和Bax的表达。结果实验组胰岛细胞损伤程度较对照组明显减轻(P<0.01),胰岛Bcl-2的表达高于对照组,而Bax的表达低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论青春双歧杆菌对2型糖尿病大鼠的胰岛细胞有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Bifidobacterium adolescentis on incidence and islet cell of type 2 diabetes mellitus rats. Methods The type 2 diabetes mellitus rats were orally administered Bifidobacterium adolescentis. Pancreases were removed to examine islet cell by HE straining. Expression of Bcl-2 and Bax on islet cells were detected by immunohistochemical straining. Results The degree of islet cell injury in test group was less than that in the control group(P<0.01). The expression of Bcl-2 on islet cells was stronger in test group,while the Bax was weaker in test group(P<0.05). Conclusions Bifidobacterium adolescentis can prevent islet cell of type 2 diabetes mellitus rats.更多还原
