【摘要】 目的:探讨Survivin在宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌(CSCC)和宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织中的阳性表达及相关性。方法:用免疫组织化学(IHC)SP法检测92例CSCC及癌旁正常宫颈组织和40例CIN组织中Survivin的蛋白表达情况,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:CSCC组中Survivin阳性表达率为78.26%(72/92),CINⅠ、CINⅡ和CINⅢ组分别为26.67%(4/15)、64.28%(9/14)和72.72%(8/11);正常宫颈鳞状上皮组织Sur-vivin阳性表达率为2.17%(2/92)。宫颈鳞癌组、CINⅡ、CINⅢ组Survivin的阳性表达明显高于CINⅠ组及正常宫颈组织,P<0.01;CINⅠ与CINⅡ、CINⅢ组之间Sur-vivin表达差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;Sur-vivin的表达在各组均与年龄无关。结论:Survivin的阳性表达与宫颈癌的进展、组织学分级和临床分期有关,而与年龄无关。宫颈癌临床分期越晚、细胞分化程度越低,Sur-vivin的阳性表达率越高。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the protein expression of Survivin in the tissues of cervical disease,and the changes and correlation between cervical squamous cell carcinomas(CSCC) and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).METHODS: The protein expression of Survivin was examined by SP immunohistochemical stain(IHC) method in 92 tumors of CSCC,corresponding normal tissues and 40 CIN tissues,and the results were analyzed.RESULTS:The positive expression rates were 78.26%(72/92) in CSCC,and 26.67%(4/15),64.28%(9/14),72.72%(8/11) respectively in the CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ groups.The positive expression rate was 2.17%(2/92) in corresponding normal tissues.The protein expressions of Survivin in CSCC,CINⅡ and CINⅢ were significantly higher than those in the CINⅠ group and the corresponding normal tissues(P<0.01).The protein expression of CINⅠ was significantly lower than those in the CINⅡ and CINⅢ groups(P<0.05).The Survivin expression was not correlated with age.CONCLUSION: The protein expression of Survivin is correlated with the progression of cervical cancer,histological graduation and clinical stages,but has no correlation with age.更多还原
