【摘要】 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)和Ki-67在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及两者之间的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测38例人脑胶质瘤组织和7例正常人脑组织中MMP-2和Ki-67的表达。结果:正常人脑组织中无Ki-67表达,高度恶性胶质瘤(Ⅲ～Ⅳ级)中MMP-2和Ki-67的阳性表达率显著高于低级别胶质瘤组织(Ⅰ～Ⅱ级),并且两者的表达呈显著正相关性(Ki-67:Ⅲ～Ⅳ级vsⅠ～Ⅱ级,t=-18.889,P=0.002;MMP-2:Ⅲ～Ⅳ级vsⅠ～Ⅱ级,t=4.786,P=0.001;相关性:r=0.661,P=0.001)。结论:MMP-2和Ki-67在恶性胶质瘤组织中高表达,与胶质瘤的进展和侵袭密切相关,可作为胶质瘤恶性表型的有用指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the MMP-2 and Ki-67 in human gliomas and their relationships.METHODS:The expressions of MMP-2 and Ki-67 were detected in 38 human glioma tissues and 7 normal human brain tissues with immunohistochemical assay(SP method).RESULTS:The expressions of MMP-2 and Ki-67 in the patients with high-grade glioma were significantly higher than those in the patients with low-grade glioma and normal brain tissues,and the significant correlation was found between MMP-2 and Ki-67( Ki-67:grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ vs grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ,t=-18.889,P=0.002;MMP-2:grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ vs grde Ⅰ-Ⅱ,t=4.786,P=0.001;corelation:r=0.661,P=0.001).CONCLUSIONS:MMP-2 and Ki-67 are overexpressed in malignant gliomas,especially in glioblastoma tissues,and may be involved in the progression and invasion of glioma.It could be regarded as a useful marker for judging the malignant phenotype of glioma.更多还原
