【摘要】 目的:观察NP方案(长春瑞滨+顺铂)和GP方案(吉西他滨+顺铂)对初治的晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效和毒副反应。方法:68例晚期NSCLC(ⅢB期48例,Ⅳ期20例)随机分成NP组和GP组,入选患者接受≥2个周期NP或GP方案的化疗,比较两组不同化疗方案的近期疗效和毒副反应及1年的生存率。结果:NP和GP两组近期疗效的有效率分别为41.18%和44.12%,两组中位生存期分别为8.1和8.4个月,1年生存率分别为29.41%和32.35%。两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。毒副反应主要表现在血液和消化道反应。NP组以白细胞降低为主,GP组以血小板降低为主,对症处理均可恢复或耐受。结论:NP和GP两种化疗方案对晚期NSCLC均有较好的临床疗效,化疗毒副反应虽有所不同,但均可耐受或恢复。故NP和GP两种化疗方案均可作为晚期NSCLC的一线治疗方案。中华肿瘤防治杂志,2010,17(9):703-705更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of NP regimen and GP regimen on advanced non-small cell lung cancer.METHODS:Sixty-eight patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into the NP and the GP groups randomly.In all the case,48 patients were in stage ⅢB and 20 patients in stage Ⅳ.All the patients accepted intravenous chemotherapy and preponderated over 2 cycles.A clinical observation on short term effectiveness adverse effects and the 1-year survival rate was performed in two groups.RESULTS:The short term effective rates in the NP group and GP group were 41.18% and 44.12%,respectively.The median survival time was 8.1 and 8.4 months,respectively.The 1-year survival rate was 29.41% and 32.35%,respectively.The short term effectiveness and the 1-year survival state in two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In the adverse effects of the treatment,the major cytotoxicity was thrombocytopenia in the NP group and leukopenia in the GP group,which were tolerable.CONCLUSIONS:Both NP and GP regimen for advanced non-small cell lung cancer are effective.The side effects of the two regimens are different but all the adverse reactions are tolerable.They can become the original chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer.更多还原
