【摘要】 教育作为犯罪预防的重要手段,在职务犯罪预防中也同样起着不可或缺的作用。然而当前预防教育存在着诸多问题,影响并制约着教育的实效。因此,预防教育工作应按照科学发展观的要求,以人为本,多策并举,从警示教育、道德教育等多方面入手,强化教育在职务犯罪预防中的实效,从而使教育真正成为预防职务犯罪的一道坚实防线,以高效服务于和谐社会建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Education,as an important means of crime prevention,also plays essential role in prevention of crime by taking advantage of duty.However,there are a lot of problems exist in preventive education,which influence and restrict the effectiveness of education.Therefore,preventive education should be in accordance with the requirements of the scientific concept of development,people-oriented,multi-strategies,and approached from the warning education,moral education,and the related aspects to strengthen role of education in the crime by taking advantage of duty.Through doing that,the education could truly become the solid line in prevention of job-related crimes,and contribute to the building of a harmonious society efficiently.更多还原
