某型汽轮机速度级流场气动性能的数值研究
Numerical Investigation on the Aerodynamic Characteristic of the Flow Field of a Steam Turbine Double-velocity Stage
【摘要】 对采用半寇蒂斯级设计思想、具有局部进气的汽轮机复速级,进行了三维整周数值模拟,分析了设计工况下该复速级第一级叶片的气动性能。计算结果表明,半寇蒂斯级非喷嘴区域内的压力远低于喷嘴区域的压力和平均压力,在喷嘴区域的边界部位出现由较高压力向较低压力的急剧变化。非进气弧段与进气弧段之间的压力差值相对较大。在非进气弧段的两端,动叶将承受方向相反的由于高压区向低压区气体流动形成的气动力矩的作用,这会导致下游叶片的压力分布发生明显变化。
【Abstract】 A three-dimensional numerical simulation on the whole cycle of steam turbine velocity stage with semi-curtis-stage design idea and local inlet was carried out In this article,.Analysis on the aerodynamic performance of the first stage blade under the design condition was conducted.The results show that the pressure in the non-nozzle region of the semi-curtis stage is far lower than that of nozzle region as well as the mean pressure.In the border area of nozzle region,the dramatic changes from the higher pressure to the lower occurred.The pressure difference between the non inlet arc and inlet arc part is relatively larger.On the two ends of the non inlet arc,the rotor blades will endure the opposite aerodynamic torque due to the steam flow from high pressure area to the area of low pressure,which will lead to the blade pressure distribution downstream change significantly.
