不同叶型静叶片固体颗粒磨蚀的比较研究
Numerical Investigation on Solid Particle Erosion of Different Nozzle Blades
【摘要】 针对某超超临界机组具有3种不同型线的喷嘴进行固体颗粒磨蚀的数值研究,采用气固两相模型进行了全三维数值模拟,比较了不同叶型条件下固体颗粒的运动规律。研究结果表明,具有较小节距、较大前缘直径和缓慢变化的叶片型线曲率都可以削弱微粒的一次性直接撞击和固粒的集中分布。为削弱固粒磨蚀必须根据具体的粒子直径参数来选择合适的叶型几何参数。
【Abstract】 Solid particle erosion has been investigated for the nozzles with three blade profiles in an ultra-supercritical steam turbine control stage.The analysis adopts the particle discrete phase model and the three dimensional NS solver.The investigation is focused on the solid particle erosion rate of the three nozzles.It shows that the smaller pitch,the larger leading diameter and the slowly-changing profile curvature are all able to weaken the primary impingement and concentrated distribution of the solid particle.Proper blade profile shroud be selected based on the specific particle diameter to reduce erosion.
