【摘要】 目的:探讨鲑鱼降钙素联合护理干预对老年骨质疏松症患者骨痛及骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法:将120例老年骨质疏松症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予钙剂及维生素D药物治疗,观察组在此基础上加用鲑鱼降钙素及护理干预。比较两组干预前骨痛程度及BMD、治疗1个月后骨痛程度及治疗6个月后BMD变化。结果:治疗1个月后观察组骨痛程度改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗6个月后观察组骨密度较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:鲑鱼降钙素联合护理干预能明显提高老年骨质疏松症患者的BMD,明显改善骨痛症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of salmon calcitonin combined with nursing intervention on bone pain and bone mineral density(BMD) of senile patients with osteoporosis.Methods: 120 senile patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into observation group and control groups(60 cases for each group).The patients in the control group were treated with calcium and vitamin D,the patients in the observation group were additionally given salmon calcitonin and nursing intervention based on the treatment mentioned in the control group.The comparison of bone pain and BMD was made between the two groups before intervention,one month and 6 months after the treatment.Results: After treatment for one month,the improvement of bone pain was much more in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05);BMD of the patients in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group after treatment for 6 months(P<0.05).Conclusion: Salmon calcitonin combined with nursing intervention can evidently improve BMD and symptoms of pain in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.更多还原
