【摘要】 目的:探讨多专业康复团队在预防首发精神分裂症患者复发中的作用。方法:将临床"痊愈"出院的精神分裂症患者212例随机分为研究组和对照组各106例,出院后两组患者均给予抗精神药物维持治疗和一般的心理教育,研究组在上述基础上实施多专业合作式护理干预,于出院后定期上门评定疗效,纠正错误,随时调整康复训练方法,跟踪观察时间为1年。采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛查量表(SDSS)、服药依从性量表,分别对患者于实施前、实施后4个月、6个月、10个月及1年后进行评定。结果:1年后,研究组患者BPRS总分、SDSS总分均低于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01);研究组服药依从性高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01);研究组复发率(27.36%)低于对照组(41.51%),差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:多专业康复团队能够有效地延续医院治疗护理,对稳定首发精神分裂症患者病情,降低复发,具有良好的治疗作用;相对于长期住院接受康复治疗而言,对减轻患者的家庭经济负担又有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of multi-professional rehabilitation team on the prevention of the recurrence of the illness of the patients with the first onset of schizophrenia.Methods: 212 discharged schizophrenic patients who were clinically cured were randomly divided into study group and control group(106 cases for each group).The patients in both groups were given maintenance therapy with antipsychotic drugs and ordinary psychological education after they were discharged from hospital.The multi-disciplinary collaborative nursing intervention was adopted in the study group on the basis of the measures mentioned above,that was regular assessment of curative effect by home visit,correction of mistakes and timely adjustment of rehabilitation training methods.The observation lasted one year.The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Social Disability Screening Scale(SDSS) and medication compliance scale were used to respectively assess the patients before the implementation of the intervention and after the intervention for 4 months,6 months,10 months and one year.Results: After one year,the BPRS scores and SDSS scores were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.01);the medication compliance was better in the study group than the control group(P<0.01);the recurrence rate(27.36%) was lower in the study group than the control group(41.51%) and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The collaboration of multi-professional rehabilitation team can effectively extend treatment and nursing care and has a good therapeutic effect on stabilizing the conditions of the patients with the first onset of schizophrenia and reducing relapse of the illness,which especially benefits those patients hospitalized for long time in reducing the financial burden of their families.更多还原
