【摘要】 目的:探讨护理干预对提高肺外结核病患者从医行为的影响。方法:将2007年3月～2009年3月收入结核外科的374例肺外结核病患者按住院顺序随机分为实验组和对照组各187例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上实施全程健康教育护理干预。观察比较两组患者住院期间和出院后不同时期的从医行为。结果:通过全程健康教育护理干预,实验组与对照组在住院期间和出院后的从医行为经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对肺外结核病患者实施全程护理干预可提高其从医行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on improving the medical compliant behavior of patients with Ex-pulmonary TB.Methods:374 Ex-pulmonary TB patients who were admitted to the surgical department in March 2007-March 2009 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups(187 cases for each group) by the order of admission.Routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the whole course health education nursing intervention was carried out in the experimental group on the basis of routine nursing care.The medical compliant behavior of the patients was observed and compared between the two groups during hospitalization and in the different period when they were discharged from hospital.Results:There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of medical compliant behavior of the patients during hospitalization and in the different period when they were discharged from hospital after whole course health education nursing intervention(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The whole course health education nursing intervention can improve the medical compliant behavior of patients with Ex-pulmonary TB.更多还原
