【摘要】 目的:探讨临床护理路径在乳腺癌术后放射治疗中的应用效果。方法:将400例乳腺癌术后放射治疗患者随机分为实验组和对照组各200例,对照组采用传统方法护理,实验组采用临床护理路径进行护理。结果:实验组与对照组比较问卷调查满意度高(P<0.01),住院天数和费用与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:将临床护理路径应用于乳腺癌术后放射治疗患者中,可促进护患沟通,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical pathway of nursing care for breast cancer patients with radiotherapy after surgery.Methods:400 breast cancer patients with radiotherapy were randomly divided into experimental and control groups(200 cases for each group).Conventional nursing methods were used in the control group and clinical pathway of nursing care was applied in the experimental group.Results:The satisfaction degree was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P < 0.01) ;the comparison of length and expenses of hospitalization were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The clinical pathway of nursing care applied to breast cancer patients with radiotherapy after surgery can promote communication between nurses and patients and improve patient’s satisfaction.更多还原
