【摘要】 目的:探讨血液透析加血液灌流抢救急性中毒患者的疗效及护理。方法:选择2005年1月～2009年10月急性中毒患者138例,将2008年1月～2009年10月57例患者设为综合护理组,对其在常规内科综合治疗基础上加用血透联合血液灌流治疗,配合综合护理措施;将2005年1月～2007年12月81例患者设为常规护理组对其进行常规护理;观察两组患者昏迷至清醒时间、住院时间及病死率。结果:两组获救出院时间、昏迷至清醒时间、住院时间等一般资料比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析加血液灌流抢救急性中毒过程中配合综合护理措施,合理有效,可提高救治成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of hemodialysis plus hemoperfusion in the rescue of patients with acute poisoning and nursing care. Methods: 138 patients were selected from acute poisoning patients receiving treatment from January 2005 to October 2009 and 57 of 138 patients receiving treatment from January 2008 to October 2009 were taken as comprehensive nursing care group. Hemodialysis plus hemoperfusion was applied to the patients in the comprehensive nursing care group, combined with comprehensive nursing care based on conventional medical treatment. The other 81 patients receiving treatment from January 2005 to December 2007 were taken as routine nursing care group and given routine nursing care. The time from coma to consciousness,length of hospitalization and fatality rate were observed in both groups. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the time from first aid to patients’being discharged from hospital,the time from coma to consciousness and length of hospitalization between the two groups ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: Comprehensive and proper nursing care can effectively improve the success rate in the rescue of acute poisoning patients by hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.更多还原
