热毒宁注射液联合氧驱动雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索治疗婴幼儿急性肺炎50例临床研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨热毒宁注射液联合氧驱动雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索治疗婴幼儿急性肺炎的临床效果。方法:将100例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。两组均给予抗菌消炎、止咳化痰等常规治疗;在此基础上治疗组同时加用热毒宁注射液联合盐酸氨溴索氧驱动雾化吸入祛痰。观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组在退热时间、呼吸困难消失、哮鸣音、咳嗽消失时间、临床控制率(χ2=7.20,P<0.05)均与对照组有显著性差异。治疗后患儿发作次数、急诊次数、医疗费用均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:热毒宁注射液联合氧驱动雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索治疗急性肺炎疗效肯定,且不良反应少。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Reduning injection combined with oxygen-driven inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of acute infantile pneumonia.Methods:100 infants with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (50 cases for each group).The conventional treatment such as anti-bacteria and anti-inflammation,reliving cough and resolving phlegm was given to the patients in both groups.Reduning injection combined with oxygen-driven inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride was applied in the treatment group based on the conventional treatment mentioned above and the clinical efficacy was observed in the two groups.Results:There were significant differences in the comparison of the defervescing time,disappearance of dyspnea,disappearing time of wheeze and cough and clinical control rate (χ2=7.20,P < 0.05) between the two groups.The times of attack,emergency department visits and medical costs significantly reduced after treatment compared with that before treatment (P < 0.01).Conclusion:Reduning injection combined with oxygen-driven inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride is certainly effective in the treatment of acute infantile pneumonia and has less adverse reaction.
