【摘要】 目的:探讨综合护理干预对消化性溃疡伴焦虑抑郁患者的影响,总结护理经验,从而提高疾病的治愈率和降低疾病的复发率。方法:应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定79例消化溃疡患者的情绪状况,并在常规治疗和护理基础上采取综合护理措施,比较护理干预前后的评分值。结果:本组消化性溃疡患者存在明显的抑郁、焦虑心理,与国内常模相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01);综合护理干预后症状明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:针对患者存在的焦虑、抑郁情绪采取心理干预、生活干预、情绪干预疗法等综合护理措施,可促进疾病的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with peptic ulcer associated with anxiety and depression and to sum up nursing experience so as to increase the rate of cure and decrease the recurrence rate of the disease.Methods: The mood of 79 patients with peptic ulcer was assessed by Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).The comprehensive nursing intervention was applied to the patients on the basis of routine treatment and nursing care,and the scores of assessment were compared before and after nursing intervention.Results: The patients with peptic ulcer had obvious depression and anxiety compared with the national norm(P<0.01);the symptoms were evidently improved after the intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention such as psychological intervention,life interference and emotion intervention can promote the rehabilitation of the patients.更多还原
