【摘要】 目的:探讨肝癌化疗栓塞(TACE)术围术期的护理方法。方法:对52例肝癌患者行TACE术治疗,术前给予心理护理和充分准备;术后进行并发症的观察和护理,加强饮食指导。结果:本组患者住院时间短,无严重并发症发生,均好转出院。结论:对肝癌行化疗栓塞术患者给予规范护理程序,强化心理护理,精心术后护理,可提高患者疗效,缩短恢复期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing approaches in the treatment of liver cancer with transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization (TACE). Methods:52 patients with liver cancer were treated with TACE and given psychological care and full preparation before surgery and close observation on complications and nursing care as well as dietary guidance after surgery. Results:The patients were cured and had short hospitalization,no serious complications occurred. Conclusion:The standard nursing procedures,strengthened psychological care and careful postoperative nursing care can improve efficacy and shorten the recovery period of the patients in the treatment of liver cancer with transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization.更多还原
