【摘要】 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者实施中等强度运动疗法护理干预的效果。方法:将79例糖尿病患者随机分为干预组40例和对照组39例,对照组按自己以往的方式进行锻炼,干预组设计中等强度运动的具体方案,组织集体运动、小组运动、定期集体运动和监测、护理干预。结果:1年后干预组与对照组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数、血脂、焦虑和抑郁自评量表的值均显著低于对照组(P(0.01),且干预组锻炼自我效能较对照组强。结论:2型糖尿病患者实施运动疗法护理干预,不仅能有效改善机体的糖代谢,减少降糖药物的量,延缓并发症的发生和发展,还使患者心情舒畅,焦虑和抑郁症状明显减轻,锻炼自我效能增强,生活质量提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention in moderate-intensity kinetotherapy for the patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods: 79 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into intervention group(n=40) and control group(n=39).The patients in the control group had the kinetotherapy by the previous way and the patients in the intervention group were organized to have collective and team exercises,regular monitoring and nursing intervention according to the designed specific program of moderate-intensity kinetotherapy.Results: After one year,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,body mass index,blood lipids and self-rating scale values of anxiety and depression were significantly lower in the intervention group than that in the control group(P<0.01),and exercise self-efficacy in the intervention group was obviously enhanced compared with that in the control group.Conclusion: The nursing intervention in moderate-intensity kinetotherapy can not only effectively improve the body’s glucose metabolism and reduce the amount of hypoglycemic drugs,delay the occurrence and development of complications,but also markedly alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and depression and enhance the exercise self-efficacy so as to improve the quality of life of the patients with type 2 diabetes.更多还原
