【摘要】 目的探讨胆囊残端扩张患者超声影像特点,对胆囊管残端扩张患者进行诊断。方法应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪成像技术,回顾性分析2004年以来我院诊断的8例胆囊残端疾病患者的超声影像表现。结果 8例患者中胆囊残端炎并结石5例,胆囊残端炎2例,胆囊床囊肿1例。结论超声影像是诊断胆囊残端疾病的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To make diagnostical analysis on the cases of cystic duct stump by approaching the patients’ ultrasound video features.Methods Through the technology of colored Doppler imaging,analyse retrospectively the ultrasonographic photos of eight stump patients diagnosed by our hospital since 2004.Results 5 of them were small cholecystitis with stones,2 were cholecystitis and 1 had gallbladder bed cyst.Conclusion Ultrasound imaging is the best way to diagnose and evaluate diseases of cystic duct stump.更多还原
