【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜下微波治疗老年鼻出血的价值。方法回顾性分析2006年1月—2009年6月80例采用鼻内镜下微波治疗老年鼻出血患者的临床资料。结果治疗经过顺利,一次治愈59例(73.75%),两次治愈19例(23.75%),无效2例(2.50%)。随访(11.8±5.7)个月,复发6例,无鼻中隔穿孔、心脑血管意外、嗅觉减退、萎缩性鼻炎、鼻腔粘连、鼻腔黏膜坏死等并发症。结论鼻内镜下微波治疗老年鼻出血止血迅速、准确、安全、可靠,并避免了鼻腔填塞的痛苦,值得广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Microwave treatment of nasal endoscopic treatment of senile nose bleeding.Methods Retrospective analysis in January 2006—2009 under nasal endoscopy on June 80 by microwave treatment of elderly patients with clinical data of patients with nasal bleeding.Results After the successful treatment of 80 cases,59 cases were cured(73.75%),two were cured in 19 cases(23.75%),2 cases(2.50%).Follow-up(11.8±5.7) months,6 cases of recurrence,no nasal septum perforation,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident,diminished sense of smell,atrophic rhinitis,nasal adhesions,nasal mucosa necrosis complications.Conclusion Endoscopic microwave treatment of elderly patients to stop bleeding nose bleeding fast,accurate,safe,reliable,and avoid the pain of nasal packing,should be promoted.更多还原
