【摘要】 目的开发适合中国骨关节炎患者的骨关节炎生命质量测定量表(QLICD-OA)。方法采用议题小组和核心小组的程序化决策方式,通过定性访谈和定量调查分析相结合的方法对条目进行初步筛选、修改形成初步量表,随机抽取12例骨关节炎患者和31名医务工作者进行问卷调查,采用变异度法、相关系数法、患者重要性评分及医生重要性评分法对结果进行分析。结果采用上述4种方法相结合得出包含15个条目的特异模块。结论本量表由相关专业人员参与选题和讨论,所提出的条目池反映了WHO生命质量的内涵及骨关节炎患者的特异问题,并按程式化的方式反复筛选,因此可认为具有较好的内容效度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop and evaluate the Chinese quality of life instrument for osteoarthritis(QLICP-OA).Methods Using the structured group(nominal group and focus group) methods and the qualitative and quantitative theory and methodology in developing rating scales,items were preliminary screened,evaluated and modified.And the data measuring from 12 cases of osteoarthritis patients and 31 doctors/nurses were analyzed by 4 statistical procedures:method of coefficient of variation,correlation analysis,patients’ importance rating procedure and doctors’ importance rating procedure.Results By above statistical procedures 15-items specific module was formed.Conclusion The items pool was nominated by persons who are strongly related with QOL study,reflecting the definition of the health and QOL proposed by WHO and specific problems on osteoarthritis,the QLICD-OA has considerable content validity.更多还原
