健康右利手年轻人脑白质投射纤维各向异性研究
The Study of Anisotropy of the Projection Fibers in Right-handed Young Volunteers
【摘要】 目的定量分析健康右利手年轻人脑白质投射纤维在左右侧之间和不同部位之间各向异性的差别。方法应用GE3.0TMRI仪对31例健康右利手年轻志愿者行常规颅脑MRI及磁共振扩散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)检查,重建DTI的分数各向异性(fractional anisotropy,FA)、相对各向异性(relative anisotropy,RA)及1-容积比(volume ratio anisotropy,1-VR)3种各向异性图,选择4个层面测量脑白质投射纤维6个部位的FA、RA、1-VR值,比较各向异性在左右侧之间和不同部位之间的差异。结果(1)投射纤维在脑桥的FA、RA值左侧大于右侧(FA:P=0.032,RA:P=0.033),脑桥的1-VR值左右侧无差别(P=0.289),其余5个部位FA、RA和1-VR值左右侧比较差别均无统计学意义;(2)6部位FA、RA和1-VR值的顺序为大脑脚>内囊后肢>内囊膝部>内囊前肢、脑桥>半卵圆中心。结论健康右利手年轻人在脑桥区投射纤维FA、RA值有左侧优势,脑白质投射纤维不同部位之间的各向异性程度有差异。
【Abstract】 Objective To quantitatively analysis the DTI anisotropy of the projection fibers in healthy right-handed young subjects.Methods 31 healthy right-handed young volunteers underwent diffusion-tensor imaging and conventional MRI with a GE 3.0 T magnetic resonance system.The anisotropic parameters fractional anisotropy (FA),relative anisotropy (RA) and 1-volume ratio (1-VR) were determined at six-pair regions of the projection fibers,analysis the difference of the three anisotropic parameter values between left-right lateral and among regions of the projection fibers.Results ①The FA and RA values of the projection fibers in the left pons is superior to the right (FA:P=0.032,RA:P=0.033),and the other five-pair of regions had no lateral difference.The values of 1-VR between the left and right pons had no statistical difference (P=0.289).②The order of FA,RA,1-VR values is peduncle > posterior limb of internal capsule > genu of internal capsule > anterior limb of internal capsule,pons > centrum semiovale.The values of the pons and anterior limb of internal capsule had no statistical difference (P=0.179).Conclusion In right-handed young human projection fibers,the degree of anisotropy has regional difference and the values of FA and RA are left-superior in the pons.
