【摘要】 目的了解北京市社区护理人员的现状及培训需求,为进一步开展培训提供依据。方法采取多阶段随机整群抽样的方法从北京市社区护理人员中抽取362名,采用问卷式调查对培训需求进行分析。结果社区护理人员愿意参加培训者344名,愿意参加培训率达95.03%。有60.23%的护理人员希望培训时间在1个月以内。期望的培训内容以社区慢性病护理和基础护理为主。结论培训应结合社区护理的特点,强调针对性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the training needs of nurses in Community Health Services(CHS) to provide a basis for further training.Methods Three hundred and sixty-two community nurses were selected by multi-stage random cluster sampling method,and a questionnaire-type survey was conducted to analyze the demands for training.Results Three hundred and forty-four community nurses were willing to participate in training,averaging 95.03%.The training time that 60.23% nurses wished was 1 month or less,the wished training contents were mainly community care of chronic diseases and primary care.Conclusion Training should be based on the characteristics and needs of community health services.更多还原
