【摘要】 目的观察妥洛特罗经皮给药治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将68例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(33例)。两组均给予相同的综合治疗(抗炎、抗病毒、止咳、化痰等),治疗组另给予妥洛特罗贴剂(阿米迪,0.5 mg/贴),睡前贴于前胸;对照组给予盐酸丙卡特罗片剂(美普清片剂)1μg/kg,睡前一次口服。疗程均为7 d。观察两组患儿主要症状、体征消失时间及治疗时间,计算不良反应发生率,评价两组疗效。结果(1)治疗组喘憋消失时间为(2.66±0.87)d,肺部喘鸣音消失时间为(3.49±0.66)d,咳嗽消失时间为(5.60±0.65)d,均短于对照组的(3.50±0.80)d、(4.66±0.65)d和(6.50±0.67)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组平均治疗时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)治疗组1例(2.9%)发生局部皮肤发红,对照组7例(21.2%)发生不良反应,两组不良反应发生率间差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.89,P<0.05)。(3)两组疗效间差异无统计学意义(Z=1.1471,P=0.2513)。结论妥洛特罗经皮给药治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效确切,具有显效快、副作用小、依从性好等优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of tulobuterol patches infant bronchiolitis.Methods Sixty-eight bronchiolitis infants were randomly divided into groups therapy(n=35),control(n=33).Both were given the same comprehensive treatment(anti-inflammatory,anti-virus,cough relieving,phlegm dissipation,etc.),and the therapy group given additional tulobuterol patches(0.5 mg) affixed to chest at bedtime;the control given procaterol hydrochloride tablets,1 μg/kg,orally once at bedtime.The courses lasted 7 d.The major symptoms,sign disappearance time and treatment time were observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions calculated to evaluate therapeutic effect.Results The extinction time of asthma,lung wheezing,cough was 2.66±0.87 d,3.49±0.66 d,5.60±0.65 d,respectively,in therapy group,shorter than in control group(P<0.05),but no significant difference was noted in average treatment time(P>0.05).Localized skin redness occurred in 1 patient of therapy group(2.9%),adverse reactions in 7 of control group(21.2%),the difference was significant(χ2=3.89,P<0.05).There was not significant difference in effect between 2 groups(Z=1.1471,P=0.2513).Conclusion Tulobuterol patches have a certain effect in treatment of infant bronchiolitis,with faster effect,fewer adverse reactions and good compliance.更多还原
