基于脑动脉硬化量化评分系统构建脑卒中预警模型的基本思路

【摘要】 如何对脑卒中发病做出预测是脑血管疾病预防研究领域中的一个难点。脑卒中虽为偶发性事件,但归根结底是脑血管病变,是各种危险因素长期作用于脑血管导致血管结构改变的必然后果。以"点线体面"系统预测观为指导,收集目标人群的相关信息,综合运用各种统计学方法,建立以不同口径大小的脑供血动脉为评价目标的脑动脉硬化量化评分系统,并构建脑卒发病的预警模型,利用该模型可筛选脑卒中发病高危人群,并为评价高危人群的风险级别提供了可能性。

【Abstract】 How to make a prediction on the incidence of stroke and cerebrovascular diseases is a difficult problem in its prevention research.Stroke,a sporadic incident but actually a cerebrovascular disease,is an inevitable consequence of blood vessel structure changes caused by long-term effects of various risk factors on cerebral blood vessels.Guided by "predictive tree",through collecting related information of target population and comprehensively using various statistical methods,establishment of quantitative scoring system of cerebral arteriosclerosis with various sizes of cerebral feeding arteries as evaluation targets and construction of stroke warning model provide possibility of screening high-risk groups and evaluating their risk levels.
