钢筋混凝土保护层锈胀开裂时间预测模型
Modeling of time to corrosion cracking in reinforced concrete structures
【摘要】 基于Faraday定律,建立了动态锈蚀速率下的锈蚀产物膨胀模型,并将锈蚀产物的膨胀等效为径向位移边界条件施加于钢筋-混凝土界面。建立了混凝土保护层在锈胀力作用下逐步开裂的数学模型,预测了混凝土保护层锈胀开裂的时间。并将模型预测的保护层锈胀开裂时间和试验观察的时间进行对比,验证了模型的正确性。最后对模型所包含的参数进行灵敏度分析,分析了各参数对混凝土保护层锈胀开裂时间的影响。
【Abstract】 A rust expansion model based on Faraday’s law for dynamic corrosion rates was developed with the rust expansion characterized by an equivalent radial displacement boundary condition related to the rebar-concrete interface.The model was then used to analyze crack propagation through the concrete cover due to the rust expansion stress to predict the time to corrosion cracking.Comparisons with experimental results in the literature show the reliability and accuracy of the model.A sensitivity analysis shows the influences of various parameters on the time to corrosion cracking.
