混凝土早期约束应力发展及应力松弛

【摘要】 为研究混凝土早期开裂敏感性,采用仿制开发的温度应力试验机,对混凝土在100%单轴约束条件下自生约束应力的发展及早期应力松弛进行了研究。结果表明:混凝土的约束应力随着水灰质量比的降低而升高,叠加温度应力后低水灰质量比的混凝土开裂概率较高;结合温度应力试验机方法提出的平均松弛系数可用于定性评价混凝土早期应力松弛。

【Abstract】 The development of the restraint stress and the stress relaxation in concrete was investigated with 100% constraints on a imitated temperature stress test machine to estimate the cracking sensitivity.The results show that the restraint stress increases as water-cement mass ratio decreases.Considering the effect of thermal stress,concrete with lower water-cement mass ratios was more likely to crack.The average relaxation coefficient based on the machine can be used to qualitatively analyze the stress relaxation in concrete at early ages.
