250MN钢丝预紧式主缸受力计算与模拟

【摘要】 为了解250 MN钢丝预紧式主缸的应力和变形情况,对其进行了理论计算和有限元模拟。结果显示,主缸筒体不管是在预紧状态还是在工作状态,由于受端部影响,其径向位移、应力是轴向位置的函数,并非沿轴向均匀分布。工作时,载荷边界线处的径向位移为0.895 mm。预紧时,距缸体端面右侧581 mm处轴向应力最大,约103.08 MPa。最大Tresca、Mises应力出现在分界线右侧781 mm的地方,Tresca应力约为332.46 MPa,Mises应力约为301.19 MPa。有限元计算结果和理论计算比较吻合,二者可相互验证。

【Abstract】 The stress and deformation of a 250 MN main cylinder prestressed by wires are computed theoretically and then simulated using the finite element analysis(FEA) method.The results show that the main cylinder’s end wall influences the radial displacement and stresses so they are functions of the axial position for both the prestressed state and the working state.During the working state,the maximum radial displacement,which is 0.895 mm,occurs on the working borderline.In the prestressed state,the maximum axial stress,which is 103.08 MPa,is located about 581 mm from the main cylinder’s end.The maximum Tresca and Mises stresses are about 332.46 MPa and 301.19 MPa,both about 781 mm from the prestressing border.The theoretical results agree well with the FEA results.
