【Abstract】 Kung Fu Panda,Dreamwork’s latest production is a box office hit all over the world.The film,filled with Chinese features,seems to show the essence of the Chinese culture.But essentially,it is a comercial movie with imagination on the alien Orient.The film understand part of the Oriental thought while penetrated by Western thought inevitably.This paper tends to analyse the film from following aspects: the construction of Chineseness,concepts and symbols,Confucianism etc.In the end,the paper also explains the effect and function of Chineseness from the perspective of cross-culture communication.更多还原
