火焰原子吸收法测定油菜花中的微量元素
Determination Trace Elements in Rape Flower by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 用原子吸收光谱法测定了油菜花中的Zn、Cd、Fe、Mn、Pb、Mg、Ca7种元素的含量.结果表明:7种元素的含量分别为Zn:49.47μg/g、Fe:62.28μg/g、Mn:50.70μg/g、Mg:51.20μg/g、Ca:122.23μg/g;有害元素Cd、Pb未检出.通过分析说明油菜花的品质,以便为油菜花的深度开发和可持续发展提供理论支持.
【Abstract】 The contents of the 7 elements Zn, Cd, Fe, Mn, Pb, Mg and Ca of the rape flower were determined by the atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the contents of the 7 elements were Zn: 49.47μg / g, Fe: 62.28μg / g, Mn: 50.70μg / g, Mg: 51.20μg / g and Ca: 122.23μg / g; harmful elements Cd and Pb were not detected. The analysis show the quality of the rape flower and provide theory basis for the rape flower depth exploitation and sustainable development.
