【Abstract】 The pre-stretched aluminum alloy plate with thickness of 6.5 mm～120 mm is being inspected by water immersion automatic ultrasonic unit.The working style,testing method,inspection effect,inspection efficiency and the advantages of the automatic ultrasonic testing unit have been introduced briefly.The pre-stretched plate in water bath is inspected by multichannel inspector.The plate is inspected by a 9-channel A type scanner and the inspection result from the 9 channel is displayed by C-scan and all defects can be observed at the same time.The quantity and position of the inspected defects can be defined exactly and reliably.更多还原
