空气、煤气双蓄热式燃烧系统在熔铝炉上的应用
Dual heat-regenerating combustion system of air and gas in aluminum melting furnace application
【摘要】 重点阐述了双蓄热式熔铝炉的技术性能及其特点。对双蓄热式熔铝炉的经济效益和环保效益进行了评述。实践表明,采用空气、发生炉煤气双蓄热式燃烧系统的熔铝炉具有高效、节能和低污染等优越性,是对传统冶金熔炼炉的改进,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Focusing on the technical performance and related features of aluminum melting furnace of dual heat-regenerating type,the economic and environmental benefits getting from such type furnace are analyzed.It is shown by practice that the aluminum furnace utilizing dual heat-efficiency,energy-saving and low pollution,etc..It is the improvement of the traditional melting furnaces with broad prospects in future.
