【摘要】 采用力学性能和电导率测定、透射电镜组织观察等方法,研究了Al-6.2Zn-2.3Mg-2.3Cu超高强铝合金厚板双级时效过程第一级时效条件及第二级时效温度和时间对合金性能的影响。结果表明,影响该合金厚板性能最重要的因素是第二级时效温度,其次是第二级时效时间,第一级时效条件对合金性能的影响不大;当第二级时效温度为165℃或175℃时,温度低、长时间(165℃8 h)时效或温度高、短时间(175℃4 h)时效可使板材获得相似的性能;该合金厚板合适的双级时效处理制度为120℃4 h+165℃(8~12)h。

【Abstract】 In this paper, using the mechanical properties,the measurement of the electrical conductivity and transmission electronmicroscopy to study the first class of the two stage aging process and the temperature and time of the two aging of the Al-6.2Zn-2.3Mg-2.3Cu ultra high strength aluminum alloy plate effect on properties of alloys.The results show that the most important factoreffect on the performance of alloy plate is the aging temperature of the second stage,followed by a second-class aging time.Thefirst-class aging conditions will not significantly affect the performance of the alloy.When the temperature of the secondclass agingwas 165 ℃ or 175 ℃,similar performance was obtained no matter low temperature and long time or high temperature and shorttime.The suitable system of two-stage aging treatment of this alloy plate was 120℃4 h+ 165 ℃ (8-12) h.
